Sodium Selenate is an inorganic salt containing at least 41% Selenium. It is used in chemicals, and in fertilizers as a bio-fortifier for crops to reduce selenium deficiency in livestock. It is also a nutritional supplement for human food which has an antioxidant role in association with Vitamin E to protect cells from oxidative stress.
